We were introduced to Newcastle City Council’s Active Newcastle team through the ParkLives working group that was being coordinated by ukactive. Active Newcastle offered a fantastic range of organised physical activity sessions, but found that tracking participation as well as managing the volume of sessions that they were delivering a challenge. Active Newcastle now manage all of their programmes, campaigns, sessions, venues, members, and bookings through Kinetic Insight Pro and we deliver real time participation data for all of their sessions.

We’re extremely fortunate to work with such a forward thinking client who are always looking at how they can utilise digital solutions to improve their services. Our work designing and creating a brand new Active Newcastle website evidences this forward thinking approach. Active Newcastle now have a real time activity finder, that links directly to Kinetic Insight Pro, which ensures that the instant that a new session is created by service administrators using Kinetic Insight Pro, this session will be published on the Active Newcastle website.
